My name is Eshaan and I’m an undergraduate at IISER Thiruvananthapuram, majoring in Data Science. I created this website to share my thoughts and experiences, hoping it will serve as a platform to showcase my academic projects, coding endeavours, and insights gained during my studies.
I work primarily in the field of AI at IDEA Lab. My first encounter with AI was the YouTube’s recommender system, and I am now amazed by how much it has impacted in many other fields. Deepmind’s AlphaFold & AlphaGo, OpenAI’s Multi-Agent Hide & Seek and Tesla’s Full Self-Driving are some of the key advancements which I feel are remarkable and have deeply influenced my interest in AI systems.

Until now, I have worked on improving offroad navigation systems. I am now learning about the implications of deep learning in medicine such as drug discovery and genomics. I also enjoy experimenting reinforcement learning against classical control theory.
